** Q1 revenue up 83.2% to $438 mln, beating analysts' estimate of $435.2 mln - data compiled by LSEG

** Reports adjusted EPS in Q1 of 8 cents vs est. $0.075 per share

** Co reaffirms 2025 revenue forecast of $1.69 bln to $1.81 bln vs estimate of $1.76 bln

** MBLY says forecast incorporates estimates of production impacts related to current tariffs imposed on complete vehicles imported into the U.S. and announced tariffs on imported vehicle components

** Up to last close, shares down 33.7% this year
