Mobileye rises on US robotaxi launch plans

** Shares of autonomous driving technology company Mobileye Global MBLY.O rise 7% to $10.1 premarket
** Co plans to launch a vertically integrated robotaxi business in the U.S. in 2027
** Says it will combine Mobileye Drive with Moovit mobility platform and consumer-facing applications
** Plans an initial U.S. fleet of about 100 vehicles in 2027
** Following successful operation of the initial fleet, targets scaling its robotaxi business to about 17,000 vehicles over the next five years
** As of last close, stock down 8.7% YTD
