At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.97% at 51,712.11.The S&P 500 .SPX was down 1.18% at 7,410.19, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 2.07% at 25,159.92.
