July 23 (Reuters) - U.S. stock indexes hit multi-week lows on Thursday, as concerns over heavy AI spending resurfaced after the first batch of Big Tech earnings, while oil prices touched the $100-a-barrel mark following the widening Middle East conflict. .N
     
At  1130 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 1.19% at 51,594.84. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 1.55% at 7,382.79, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 2.77% at 24,979.52.
