main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
RAHN+BODMER
Rahn+Bodmer Co, the oldest private bank in Zurich, will pay
$22 million to settle criminal charges it helped U.S. taxpayers
defraud the Internal Revenue Service by hiding hundreds of

ACQUISITIONS
The first Swiss special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC)
could list on the Swiss stock exchange during the second quarter
