Notification and public disclosure of transaction

 

The Company has been notified that on 10 November 2023, Mr Carlos von
Hardenberg, one of the Company's portfolio managers at Mobius Capital Partners
LLP, bought 800 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 127.00 pence per share.

 

As a result of the transaction, Mr von Hardenberg holds a total of 1,163,450
Ordinary Shares, representing an aggregate 1.008% of the Company's issued
share capital.
