Voluntary Redemption of Ordinary Shares -  Redemption Pool Update

 

 

Further to the announcement of 2 December 2025, the Board of Mobius Investment
Trust plc is pleased to advise that realisation of the assets within the
Redemption Pool is well advanced and the Company expects to announce the
Redemption Price per ordinary share and pay proceeds to redeeming shareholders
by the end of January.

Defined terms in the announcement have the same meaning as set out in the
Articles of Association, a copy of which may be obtained from the Company
