MOBIUS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

Voluntary Redemption of Ordinary Shares

 

 

As set out in the announcement on 3 October 2025, the Company has a redemption
facility through which shareholders are entitled to request the redemption of
all or part of their holding of ordinary shares every three years. The
deadline for the 1 December 2025 Redemption Point was 3 November 2025.

The total number of ordinary shares in respect of which valid redemption
requests were received for the 1 December 2025 Redemption Point was 49,729,629
representing 43.1% of the issued share capital. A further announcement will be
made shortly after the 2025 Redemption Point, being 1 December 2025, setting
out the Redemption details.

 

Defined terms in the announcement have the same meaning as set out in the
Articles of Association, a copy of which may be obtained from the Company
