Aug 24 (Reuters) - An alert on Chavant Capital Acquisition  CLAY.O 
receiving a notice of delisting or failure to satisfy a continued listing rule
from Nasdaq is incorrect. The company did not received the notice from the
Nasdaq. Chavant Capital Acquisition notified the Nasdaq that company currently
does not satisfy a listing rule.
