Model N rises on $1.25 bln buyout by Vista Equity

** Shares in Model N  MODN.N  jump 9.27% to $29.6 in
premarket trade after the healthcare services company agrees to
be acquired by investment firm Vista Equity Partners for about
$1.25 billion
    ** Vista offers $30.00 per share held, a premium of 10.7% to
Model N's last close.
    ** The transaction is expected to close in mid-2024
