    * On 19 January 2017 lessor and lessee entered agreements in 
relation to advance of RMB16 million 
    * Also entered into first sale and purchase agreement and 
first schedule 
    * Pursuant to first sale and purchase deal ,lessor shall buy 
 first leased assets at consideration of RMB12 million 
    * Lessee is Suzhou Jiaxian Cold Chain Logistics co,  lessor 
is Noble Century (Shenzhen) Finance Lease Company
