** District judge sides with American Academy of Pediatrics and other medical groups who said health regulators had acted unlawfully to carry out Kennedy's agenda of upending immunization policies

** AAP and other medical groups had warned the changes could also reduce vaccination rates and harm public health

** MRNA is up 80.2% YTD
