Admission to Trading

 

MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a crowdfunding services provider for real estate
investment in Japan, is pleased to confirm that, further to the Company's
announcement of 16 August 2024, its Enlarged Issued Share Capital has today,
at 8:00 a.m., commenced trading on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange. In addition, the Company's change of name to 'MOH Nippon Plc' and
its TIDM to 'MOH' has become effective.

 

Aamir Quraishi, Non-Executive Chairman of MOH, said: "We are delighted to have
completed the acquisition of MOH and for the shares of our Enlarged Group to
commence trading. As the first company with its business and operations in
Japan to list equity on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in over
20 years, this is a very proud moment for all of us at the Company. We are
excited to embark on this new phase having started as a special purpose
acquisition company, and to now be delivering on our growth strategy as MOH
Nippon with new colleagues and an established operational business. We thank

on our progress."
