    • SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES NEGOTIATIONS WITH SERBIAN GOVERNMENT ON NIS TRANSACTION, REGARDING CONCLUSION OF A SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A MAJORITY STAKE IN NIS 
    • NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE SELLER AND THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES ARE ONGOING IN ORDER TO FINALIZE THE TRANSACTION
