NOTICE
ON CANCELLATION OF THE ADMISSION TO TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
MOL Magyar Olaj és Gázipari Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces that it has made a voluntary application to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company's American Depositary Receipts with ISIN code US6084642023 (the "ADRs") from the International Order Book IOBU segment of the London Stock Exchange.
The reasons for the proposed cancellation are:
1. The trading volume of the ADRs is low. On average there is one transaction every ten days.
2. The Company's associated costs are not justified in light of the trading volume.
The cancellation is expected to take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 30 November 2018 (the "Cancellation Date"). The last day of dealings in the ADRs on the London Stock Exchange will be 29 November 2018. From and including the Cancellation Date, holders of ADRs will no longer be able to trade their ADRs on the London Stock Exchange.
Following the delisting, the ADR program will not be terminated, and the trading of the ADRs will thereafter be limited to the OTC market.
