ON CANCELLATION OF THE ADMISSION TO TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
MOL Magyar Olaj és Gázipari Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces that the American Depositary Receipts of the Company with ISIN code US6084642023 have been delisted from the International Order Book IOBU segment of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 30 November 2018.
