Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Molecular Energies PLC (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, announces
that the Company's 2022 Annual Report & Accounts are being distributed to
shareholders today together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to
be held on Tuesday 25 July 2023 at 1:00 p.m. BST at Carrwood Park, Selby Road,
Leeds, LS15 4LG.
