** AeroClean Technologies Inc  AERC.O  shares down 16% at
$4.99 premarket, following big pop in prior session
    ** AERC on Tues soared 85% to close at $5.94, highest in
nearly two months, after air purification co said it will merge
with Molekule Inc in all-stock deal expected to close in H1 2023

    ** On the investor call Tues, co said MoleKule has sold
about 350,000 air purification devices, primarily through
direct-to-consumer channel, and also sells them on Amazon's
platform

    ** AeroClean debuted last Nov after 2.5 mln share IPO priced
at $10
