** Co says it is selected by Florida’s health agency to provide managed care services for children and youth with special healthcare needs under the state’s Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance programs

** MOH is the sole provider for the program, which covers about 120,000 children, co says

** The contract runs through December 2030, with premiums under the program projected at around $5 billion in 2025 - MOH

** The contract start date is not yet set; co says the award could face legal challenges or delays

** Up to last close, stock down ~52% YTD
