Announcement of Interim Dividend

 

 

The Company announces that it is declaring an interim dividend of 1 pence per
Ordinary Share in respect to the year ending 31 March 2026.

 

The dividend will be paid on 24 April 2026 to Shareholders on the register on
27 March 2026 and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend* on 26 March 2026.

 

Members of the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme ("DRIS") have until 10
April 2026 to change their election in respect to this dividend payment.

 

* Shares acquired on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the
dividend.
