Intention to launch an Offer

 

The Directors of Molten Ventures VCT plc are pleased to announce that they
intend to launch a small top-up offer for subscription through the issue of
new ordinary shares ("the Offer"). The Offer will be capped, in terms of the
total funds to be raised, at the sterling equivalent of €8 million.

An offer document containing further details will be available to Shareholders
and potential new investors on the launch of the Offer.
