Offer for subscription - Update

 

The Company published a prospectus on 3 October 2024 (the "Prospectus")
containing an offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ("New Shares") to raise up to £20 million (with an over-allotment
facility of up to an additional £20 million) (the "Offer").  Full details of
the Offer are contained in the Prospectus.

The Directors announce that the Offer is now closed for new applications.  No
further applications will be accepted.
