Offer for Subscription - Update

 

The Company published an offer document on 11 October 2024  containing an
offer for subscription of up to £6.7 million.

The Directors are pleased to announce that they have been advised that, on the
basis of the applications received at this time and assuming that they are all
accepted, which will normally be accepted on a first come and fully paid up,
first served basis, the Offer is now fully subscribed.  No further
applications will be accepted.

Investors whose applications are received after Monday 24 March 2025 are
likely, therefore, to have their subscription returned in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the offer.
