The Company announces that on 15 April 2024, it purchased 1,047,051 of the
Company's own Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.4% of
the issued share capital at a price of 44.91 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 269,129,180 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
in issue.
