MILAN, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Italy's Mutuionline MOL.MI said
on Tuesday it will tender all of its shares in credit analysis
and management group Cerved CERV.MI to the takeover bid by
fintech ION Group.
Retail credit and insurance broker Mutuionline, which holds
a 3% stake in Cerved, added that ION's offer price was
"adequate".
ION launched a buyout offer on Cerved through vehicle Castor
Bidco and on Friday raised its bid, saying it would pay 10.50
euros per share in the event of over 90% shareholder acceptance
during the tender period. urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N2Q538F
