** Shares of SurveyMonkey owner Momentive Global  MNTV.O 
rise 18% to $9.11 in premarket trading
    ** MNTV would be acquired by a consortium led by Symphony
Technology Group in an all-cash deal that values the software
firm at ~$1.5 billion, the company said late on Monday
    ** MNTV shareholders will receive $9.46 per share, a premium
of 45.76% since a media report in October that co was mulling
over a sale
    ** Last year, co was set to be acquired by Zendesk in a $3.9
billion deal that fell through after it was rejected by Zendesk
shareholders 
    ** MNTV fell 66.9% in 2022
