$128.62
    ** Co has hired advisory firm Quatalyst Partners to explore

    ** In February, ZEN rejected acquisition offer from private

    ** Co's investors in Feb also rejected proposed $4 bln
takeover of SurveyMonkey parent Momentive Global  MNTV.O ,
terminating merger agreement deemed likely to be too risky 
    ** ZEN's shares up 14.61% YTD
