Australia's Monadelphous rises on service agreement extension with Woodside

** Shares of Australia's Monadelphous Group  MND.AX  rise as
much as 1.6% to A$14.97, their highest level since Nov. 16
    **  Engineering co secures an extension to its long-term
maintenance and shutdown services agreement with Woodside Energy
 WDS.AX  
    ** Co's existing agreement with Woodside has been extended
for a three-year period, with an additional option for a further
two years
    ** Adds the value of extension is estimated at about A$180
mln ($121.70 mln) per annum 
    ** Stock has risen 10.3% this year, as of last close
