Australia's Monadelphous tops ASX 200 on strong FY results

** Shares of Monadelphous Group  MND.AX  rise as much as
9.3% to A$12.920, their highest level since July 31
    ** Stock top gainer on benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO  
    ** Construction services provider posted 17% increase in
FY24 revenue to A$2.02 bln ($1.36 bln)
    ** Co posted net profit attributable of A$62.2 mln, up 16%
from prior corresponding period
    ** MND declared a final dividend of 33 Australian cents per
share
    ** Stock has fallen 20.4% this year as of last close
