** Shares of Australia's Monash IVF Group MVF.AX fall as much as 15.9% to A$0.69, marking their biggest intraday pct loss since August 22

** Stock hits lowest level since November 21

** IVF clinics operator says consortium had withdrawn its offer to buy all shares in co at A$0.80 per share

** Monash rejected non-binding indicative proposal from consortium comprising Genesis Capital Investment Management and WHSP Holdings in late November on valuation concerns

** The offer had valued Monash at around A$311.7 mln ($208.81 mln)

** Stock last down 12.2%, bringing YTD losses to ~43%

($1 = 1.4928 Australian dollars)
