** Jefferies anticipates medium-term growth in healthcare service sector, propelled by increasing bulk billing and potential new incentives from the govt

** In FY25E, Jefferies continues to forecast market revenue growth of 10% in diagnostic imaging, 6% in pathology and 2.5% in assisted reproductive services on YOY basis

** Notes that despite recent decline in General Practitioner bulk-billing rates leading to lower clinical lab volumes, there's evidence of this trend reversing

** Maintains its forecasts for Healius HLS.AX, Integral Diagnostics IDX.AX, Monash IVF MVF.AX, and Sonic Healthcare SHL.AX

** Healthcare .AXHJ index down 8.1%
