COMPANIES MONCLER MONC.MI Italian luxury outerwear group said on Tuesday its main shareholder Remo Ruffini was leaving the role of chief executive officer from April 1, to be replaced by Leo Rongone, currently at the helm of Bottega Veneta. (*) PIRELLI PIRC.MI The tyremaker's second largest shareholder - Marco Tronchetti Provera's Camfin holding - will not renew its shareholders pact with the group's largest investor, China's Sinochem 600500.SS, in a move that could redefine Pirelli's governance, Il Messaggero reported on Wednesday, citing sources close to the Italian government. The report added that the decision could be made in the next days, or by the end of the month. (*) WEBUILD WBD.MI The construction group's U.S. unit Lane, in joint venture with Superior Construction, has signed contracts totalling a combined $643 million (€547 million) for the construction of the Westshore Interchange, the largest infrastructure project by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), in the Tampa Bay area. EXOR EXOR.AS Italian media group GEDI has entered exclusive talks with regional publisher Gruppo SAE to sell Italian newspaper La Stampa, it said on Tuesday.
