Bridgetown Holdings: Rises on report to take Indonesia's Traveloka public

 BTWN.O  up nearly 5% at $12.71 premarket 
    ** Co is in advanced talks with Indonesian online travel
startup Traveloka to take it public through a merger, Bloomberg
reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter
    ** Deal could value Traveloka at about $5 bln, the report

    ** Deal may include a private investment of $500 mln to $750
mln - BBG
    ** BTWN, a special purpose acquisition company, is backed by
billionaires Richard Li and Peter Thiel
    ** Co raised about $595 million through an IPO in October
