   each at par on preferential basis 
 * Board approved redemption of 365,000 7% cumulative redeemable preference 
   shares issued earlier by the company

1. The Board has allotted 855,500 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each at par on preferential basis with reference to special resolution passed at its EGM. 
 
2. The Board has approved redemption of 365,000 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares issued earlier by the Company.
