Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") announces that its Annual General
Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 2 May 2024 at Herbert Smith
Freehills LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG.

 

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made
available to shareholders:

 

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023
("Annual Report");

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice"); and

·      Proxy Form (in the case of shareholders on the register of
members).
