MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")

PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION

 

On 31 March 2024, the conditional awards granted on 31 March 2022 under the
Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan vested. Details of the
number of ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the
Company ("Shares") received by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
and subsequent sales or transfers are set out below. On 3 April 2024, 14,327
shares were sold to cover the recipient's income tax and National Insurance
liabilities with 16,048 being transferred to Persons Discharging Managerial
