** Shares of software company MongoDB MDB.O rise 12% to $223.8 after the bell

** MDB beats Q1 profit and revenue estimates, lifts FY26 profit and revenue forecasts

** MDB now expects annual revenue to range between $2.25 bln and $2.29 bln, compared with prior forecast range of $2.24 bln to $2.28 bln

** Expects FY26 adj. EPS between $2.94 and $3.12, up from $2.44 to $2.62 forecast previously

** Also forecasts Q2 adj. EPS range of 62 cents to 66 cents, above analysts' estimates of 59 cents, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Q1 adj. EPS of $1 beat estimates of 66 cents

** Q1 revenue of $549 mln beat estimates of $528.2 mln

** As of last close, stock down 14.2% YTD
