** MDB names Chirantan Desai, Cloudflare's product and engineering head, as the new chief executive officer

** Desai will succeed Dev Ittycheria, who is stepping down after more than 11 years at the helm

** Co says it expects to exceed the high end of its Q3 FY26 outlook ranges

** As of last close, stock up ~55% this year
