** After market on Wednesday, company forecast FY26 revenue and adjusted earnings per share below analysts' estimates

** MDB expects annual adjusted EPS to be between $2.44 and $2.62, compared with the estimate of $3.35 - data compiled by LSEG

** Company expects FY26 revenue between $2.24 billion and $2.28 billion, lower than analysts' expectation of $2.33 billion

** At least 18 brokerages, including Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer, UBS and Wells Fargo, cut PTs on MDB's stock post earnings

** Including sessions move, MDB down ~14% YTD
