** Shares of semiconductor-based product maker Monolithic
Power Systems  MPWR.O  rise 5.2% to $425 premarket
    ** Co said on Monday it will buy back shares worth $640 mln 
    ** Co also reported Q3 earnings/shr of $3.08 vs. analysts'
estimates of $3.07 - LSEG data
    ** MPWR says sales to storage and computing customers, the
largest end-market for co, grew 15% to $129.5 mln 
    ** Up to last close, co up 14.25% YTD
