Monopar Therapeutics jumps on early-stage trial update for cancer treatment

** Shares of drug developer Monopar Therapeutics Inc
 MNPR.O  jump ~29% to $1.26 premarket
    ** Co announces an update from its early stage trial of
camsirubicin in patients with a type of cancer
    ** Says a patient in 520 mg/m2 cohort, whose tumor was
previously not capable of being surgically removed, experienced
tumor shrinkage and had tumor removed with surgery following
treatment
    ** Adds data continues to show an improvement in median
progression free survival from what was observed in a previous
trial
     ** The drug is being tested in patients with advanced soft
tissue sarcoma, that typically develops in the connective tissue
of the body and is not amenable to surgery
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~58% YTD
