ECONOMY
Bank of Italy releases October data on Italian residents
deposits with domestic banks, banks lending to non-financial
companies and gross bad loans at Italian banks.
ISTAT releases October industrial output data (0900 GMT).
DEBT
Italy's Treasury said on Monday it had cancelled the BOT and
BTP Short-Term bond auctions scheduled for Dec. 30 and the
medium- to long-term sales set for Dec. 31.
COMPANIES
BANCO BPM BAMI.MI
Credit Agricole CAGR.PA could raise its stake in the
Italian bank in the next six months above the 15% threshold it
will acquire through derivatives once it has supervisory
approval, won't seek control of the Italian bank or go above
19.99%, a filing showed on Monday.
ANIMA HOLDING ANIM.MI
Italian tycoon Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone raised his
stake in the asset manager to 5.3% as of Nov.29, a filing of
Italy's market regulator CONSOB showed on Monday, from a
previous holding of 3.5%.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Italy could become Europe's second-largest auto producer
within the next five years, Jean-Philippe Imparato, head of
enlarged Europe operations at Franco-Italian automaker, told RAI
public broadcaster on Monday, ahead of talks with the Rome
government.
MONRIF EDII.MI
Monti Riffeser Srl reopening of full voluntary takeover bid
on Monrif shares continues; ends on Dec. 13.
