Dec 22 (Reuters) - Montebalito SA  MTBA.MC : 
    * Signs agreement with Sareb for total cancellation of its 
debt 
    * Due to the agreement company will pay Sareb 3.4 million 
euros and Sareb will cancel 11.8 million euros of its debt 
    * Says 3 million euros of debt will be converted into 1 year 
loan with 5 percent interest
