Brief: Montebalito to sell 100 pct of its unit to Metambiente

Dec 14 (Reuters) - Montebalito SA  MTBA.MC : 
    * Says the shareholders have agreed to sell 100 percent 
stake in its unit Montebalito Energias Renovables SA to 
Metambiente SA for 6.5 million euros ($7.2 million) 
    * The payment will be made via offsetting credits which 
Metambiente bears against Montebalito 
    * The sale shall be accompanied by partial acquisition by 
Metambiente of a credit which Montebalito bears against 
Montebalito Energias Renovables at nominal value of 9.5 million 
euros 
    * The operation will be made by offsetting credits which 
Metambiente bears against Montebalito
