PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION

On 30 March 2026, conditional awards over ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") for no consideration were made under the Moneysupermarket.com Group 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan") to persons discharging managerial responsibilities as detailed below.
