On 30 March 2026, the conditional awards under:

 

1) the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan, granted on 31 March 2021, vested in part;

2) the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC 2023 Restricted Share Plan, granted on 12 May 2023, vested in part; and

3) the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan, granted on 2 April 2024, vested in full.
