Directorate Change - Appointment of Chair

 

MONY Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Jonathan Bewes has
officially assumed the role of Chair of the Board as of 1 January 2025,
following receipt of the necessary approval from the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA).

 

Robin Freestone stood down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2024.
The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Robin for his dedicated service and
valuable contributions during his nine year tenure with the Company.

 

This appointment follows the Company's previous announcement dated 21 March
2024 regarding Jonathan's intended succession to the role. The Board is
confident that Jonathan's extensive experience and leadership will be
invaluable as the Company continues to pursue its strategic objectives.
