TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

MONY Group PLC ("MONY") announces today that it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each on the London Stock Exchange
and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co.
International Plc ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to
the instructions issued by MONY on 14 February 2025, as announced on 17
February 2025:

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:                              74,213
 Highest price paid per share (pence):                             203.0000
 Lowest price paid per share (pence):                              200.2000
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):             201.5900

 

MONY intends to cancel the purchased shares.
