Transport for London Moody's Credit Rating

 

Transport for London ("TfL") announces that on 9 May 2022, Moody's Public
Sector Europe ("Moody's") downgraded the long-term rating for TfL to Baa1 from
A3. The outlook has moved from negative to stable.

 

Moody's confirmed the short-term rating for TfL remains P-2.
