Prospectus Supplement dated 4 May 2023 (the "Supplement") to the Prospectus
dated 28 April 2023 (the "Prospectus"), relating to the issue of the Notes by
the Issuer. The Supplement corrects certain ratings assigned by Moody's
Investors Service Limited ("Moody's") in respect of the Class D Notes, the
Class E Notes and the Class F Notes (the "Corrected Ratings") following a
correction to the modelling methodology adopted by Moody's with respect to the
relevant Notes. The Corrected Ratings are the same as (or in the case of the
Class F Notes, higher than) the provisional ratings that were assigned to the
respective Notes in the preliminary Prospectus circulated to investors on 20
April 2023.
